– Usually we suggest getting dressed up for an interview, unless you know someone on the inside who tells you otherwise.
– Attend the interview alone, sounds obvious, however I have met more candidates than you know who have brought someone.
– Listen. Sometimes in an interview, people are excited and talk too much. Try to get a nice balance of the interviewer sharing what the need is prior to busting out with all that you can do. You don’t want to be too quiet, however, be sensitive to the interviewer who is driving the interview.
– Try to be likeable, sounds simple and obvious, however it is important that you like the people that you work with, and vice versa.
